My name is Will, I work for The American Military Museum in South El Monte, Ca. We are a 501c3 NPO. We have in our posession, still owned by the Army, the above helocopter. It has zero airframe time left and is a display piece only, sadly never to fly again. The contract with the Army states that we must keep the piece looking good. It is time for a regular chemical overhaul. In doing this, we have decided to TRY and find some stupid small parts to keep things looking good.
Parts we are in search of are;
1 rooftop marker light lens.
Pilot and Co-Pilot seat covers.
Crew seat bottom..we have the frame.
Pilot and Co-Pilot collective grips...these were missing when rec'd from the Army, we put game console grips on but the heat killed them in short order.
We have a VREY tight budget, however, we can issue a tax deduction for the donation.
If you or anyone you know of can help us out, that would be great!
