2019 Update 

  • Blades successfully passed flight testing in the fall of 2018 peforming a variety of maneuvers 

  • Blades are currently in fatigue testing which started in early February

                        2018 Update on new 204P2100-103 blade

  • The new 204P2100-103 blade will be going into flight test this month.  The flight test will be immediately followed by fatigue testing.

  • The -103 configuration features a new Lower Grip plate which is constructed from a single plate of titanium.

  • The existing -101 configuration is a laminate of Aluminum and Steel.

  • By changing to the single piece titanium grip, the possibility of dis-bonding between the two laminates will be eliminated.

  • The -103 will not be subject to the new AD.

  • FAA Approval is expected in the next few months.

Helicopter Technology Company (HTC) is pleased to announce they are now offering Metal Main Rotor Blades for commercial Bell Helicopters 204B, 205 & 205A-1 along with various UH-1 model restricted category helicopters.  The HTC Part Number 204P2100-101 Main Rotor Blade is a direct replacement the Bell Helicopter - Textron Part Number 204-011-250-113 Main Rotor Blade.

HTC designs and produces its own line of Helicopter Main and Tail Rotor Blades at its Facilities in Los Angeles, California. The company is an FAA Approved Production Approval Holder and Repair Station (#HQPR671X) with ISO 9001:2008 + AS9100C and ISO 9001:2008 + AS9110B Certifications.
