Fifth Mount Beam

Enclosed are photos of a fifth mount beam, airframe mounted with a 212 transmission installed. The cracks were discovered on a fifty hour inspection looking through the left hand forward inspection panel. The fifth mount beam is P/N 204-031-246-9. Cracks are noticeable on the lower opening edges and one progressing up the side. The last photo is taken from the top of the beam with the isolation mount P/N 204-031-927-5 removed, six cracks are visible.
